He helped obtain a commitment of $50 million from the president of Uzbekistan in September 2017 supporting the creation of a joint venture for the construction of modern grain storage and the development of poultry farming in Uzbekistan and coordinating AGCO’s response and onward strategy. He also led efforts to engage multinationals with the development of a Fourth Protocol to the Cape Town Convention on matters specific to Agricultural, Construction and Mining equipment.
